I squat low bar and usually feel wrist pain the next day. These have helped eliminate the pain. Also work great supporting lateral raises and curls. Can't go wrong with Schiek products.

If you're looking for the best wrist wrap this is the one. I've owned several high quality wrist wraps in the past three years, these are standouts for three reasons, (1) made specifically for right and left hands, (2) not overkill, if you have major wrist issues or plan on going extremely heavy might want to go for the ones that don't allow any wrist movement, (3) proudly made in the USA.

The first time I saw one of your wrist wraps was at a high school track and field meet about 6-7 years ago when a former athlete of mine (that was still at my old school) was wearing the wrap as a support for throwing the shot put. Ever since I was in high school (twenty years ago) I have looked for different wrist wraps/supports that help with throwing the shot put. After purchasing and trying out nearly a dozen different supports I found the best one, the Schiek wrist wrap. For the last couple of years I have been purchasing a few sets each year for my athletes to throw with, and all of them agree it is the best wrist support for throwing the shot put. Many state placers and even a two time Ohio state champ would only throw with the Schiek wrist wrap, when many other are available. rnrnYour wrist wrap is by far the best as you can control the tightness, and it doesn’t let your wrist break, while also not digging into your skin due to the neoprene cushion on the inside.
