Find your perfect fit with the Schiek lifting belt. Use the sizing chart below to determine the right size for your needs. Remember to measure your waist around your navel—do not rely on your pants size. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size for optimal support and fit.
Size Chart:
- XS (Extra Small): 24"–28" (60–71 cm)
- S (Small): 27"–32" (68–81 cm)
- M (Medium): 31"–36" (78–91 cm)
- L (Large): 35"–41" (88–104 cm)
- XL (Extra Large): 40"–45" (101–114 cm)
- XXL (Double Extra Large): 44"–50" (111–127 cm)
Important Notes:
- Always measure your waist around the navel for accuracy.
