We use the wrist supports for shot put throwing. My kids love them because they stay tight, don't break, and provide great support so the wrist doesn't "break" during the throw. They are great and will last multiple seasons.

This was my first pair of wrist supports. I got them for Olympic lifts when my wrists get sore. Couldn't be happier, almost help too much! Bombproof material too.

Best wraps on the planet
